Teachers standing ovaition in Kansas City

We had a great 2 hours, didn't we? Teachers of Kansas City gathered to 'Fold and Unfold', Origami & Storytelling workshop. I shared a brief history and a future ideas of paper folding, performed some of my origami storytelling and we folded origami whale and (flapping) crane. We brainstormed curriculum connection activities and lesson plans, then could not wait to try out in classroom.

At the end the 50 teachers gave me a standing ovation! I bow back to you all!!! Arigato!!!
Behind the scene Randi Hacker, The University of Kansas, worked precisely to coordinate this workshop. many thanks to her!
